A. Read the passage and answer the
following questions.
Although there are many kinds of rhinoceros, this is
yet another animal that is slowly dying out, mainly due to the greed of man.
The value placed on the ivory of the African elephant, the skin of the Asian
tiger, and the horn of the rhino, has put all these animals in grave danger.
The zoo may be the last refuge for the rhino.
The word 'rhinoceros' is originally from the Greek
language, meaning nose- horn, and the animal is so named because of the large
horn growing at the end of its nose. The rhino uses its horn for defence and
for uprooting bushes and small trees, on whose leaves or Fruit it feeds.
Although the rhino is a good tempered animal, it is a fearful opponent when
wounded and its horn is a short but deadly weapon.

Imagine that you see a road accident.
What would you do immediately? Also write how you would help the accident
victims. You may use the following clues.

Firstly, I would rush towards the
accident scene. I would analyse the situation and provide first aid for the
time being. After that I would call the ambulance or if I had a vehicle i would take the accident
victim to the hospital and try to save his life. I would also inform the
police.
